Export Process

Export Process

(1) We will prepare the necessary documents for export and ask us for export procedures and shipping. Cargo is brought into CY / CFS.

(2) After the cargo is delivered to CY / CFS, the customs broker will declare the export to customs.

Documents and cargo inspections are carried out at customs, and if there are no problems, the inspection is completed and an export license is granted.


(3) Send the shipping documents to the shipping company.

(4) Shipping from CY.

(5) After the shipping is completed, the shipping company will pay various charges and issue a bill of lading.

(6) We will send the shipping documents and B / L to the exporter.

(7) The exporter sends the documents / B / L to the importer.

CY (Container Yard)… A place designated by the shipping company. A facility that stores and delivers the actual containers that have been shipped.

CFS (Container Freight Station): A place where shipping companies take out LCL cargo (small cargo that is less than a container) from a container. The work of removing the mixed cargo from the container and handing it over to the importer is carried out.

B / L (Bill Of Lading)… Bill of lading. A shipping document that clearly states the conditions of carriage between the shipowner and the shipper. Securities that the shipping company undertakes transportation and promises to deliver the cargo to a legitimate consignee at the designated port.
